Wondering if we could get a sample of a fiberglass lath to these specs?
We would be interested in custom widths and roll lengths.
Target Weight: 8.0 oz/yd² (~270 g/m²)
Tensile Warp: Minimum 330 lbf/in (~578 N/cm)
Lengthwise/vertical load capacity.
Tensile Weft: Minimum 310 lbf/in (~543 N/cm)
Crosswise/horizontal load capacity.
Weave Type: Twisted Leno Weave
Essential to prevent the heavy bundles from shifting or stretching under a heavy wet trowel.
Coating Chemical: Alkali-Resistant (AR) Latex
Must resist long-term deterioration from concrete/lime alkalis.
Grid Aperture: 1/4 in. to 3/8 in. (6mm to 10mm) prefer 3/8 in.
Wide open-mesh layout to allow the scratch coat to key fully through the grid.
